- Interim Aberdeen boss Peter Leven named an unchanged Dons team after they beat St Johnstone 1-0 at Pittodrie, before a wonderful 4-0 win at Easter Road against fellow strugglers Hibernian in Edinburgh on Sunday afternoon.
- Kelle Roos continued behind an unchanged Dons defence consisting of Nicky Devlin, Angus MacDonald, Stefan Gartenmann and Jack MacKenzie. Connor Barron and Dante Polvara, as skipper Graeme Shinnie sat on the bench, were in midfield.
- Junior Hoilett started on the left hand side, with Jamie McGrath on the right. Leighton Clarkson was starting slightly more advanced in the middle of the park, supporting lone striker Bojan Miovski up front.
- Livingston manager Davie Martindale named three changes to the Lions team after their relegation was confirmed with a 4-1 defeat to Motherwell, before they bounced back to beat St Johnstone 2-1 in West Lothian on Saturday.
- Shamal George continued in goal behind a back four of Sean Kelly, Mikey Devlin, Michael Nottingham and Cristian Montano, making his first start since mid-March in place of Ayo Obileye. Jason Holt was missing from the matchday squad.
