Ibrahimovic teases United move

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has described his relationship with Louis van Gaal as “not good”, but refused to rule out a move to Manchester United this summer.

Ibrahimovic, 33, has been linked with a number of European clubs tin recent weeks following an injury-hit season last year.

United manager Van Gaal has already hinted that the club are set to land a “surprise” signing and fans have heavily backed Ibrahimovic to join the Premier League outfit since, despite a rocky relationship between the pair.

“The way he [Van Gaal] works is not the way I work,” Ibrahimovic is quoted as saying in the London Evening Standard.

“He is professional and I’m professional. Wherever I’ve worked I’ve never had these kind of problems, because at the end I need to do my job, he needs to do his job.

“And I think a lot of fights would happen, but that’s something I like.”

The Sweden international is regarded as one of the most influential strikers of his generation and would certainly add something to any side, even if he is entering his twilight years.

Ibrahimovic has scored at least 25 goals more than any other player in Ligue 1 since he joined PSG three years ago (75).
