Barcelona are considering a shock loan move for Manchester United outcast Luke Shaw, according to the Sun.
The England international is widely expected to leave United this summer having fallen out of favour with manager Jose Mourinho.
Tottenham are reportedly keen on signing Shaw, which would see the left-back link up with Mauricio Pochettino once more.
However, Spurs could be trumped to his signature by La Liga giants Barcelona, who are supposedly considering a season-long loan move for Shaw.
Antoine Griezmann is their number one priority once the transfer window opens, but Ernesto Valverde is looking to add another left-back to his squad, despite being able to call upon Jordi Alba and Lucas Digne in the position.
Shaw has been routinely scapegoated by Mourinho this season and it remains to be seen whether he’ll play again this season after he was hauled off at half time in United’s 2-0 win over Brighton last month to set up a FA Cup semi-final meeting with Tottenham.
